What kinds of dents can be repaired by PDR? (Video Clip)
The most common repair is due to one car door hitting another in a parking lot. They range in size from the diameter of a dime (and sometimes even smaller), to the diameter of a grapefruit (and sometimes even larger). Dents should be shallow in nature, without paint damage, not on body lines or edges of panels. This type of repair is very effective on dents caused by hail, baseballs, golf balls, and shopping carts.

What kinds of dents cannot be repaired by PDR? (Video Clip)
Chances are that if your car has run into another car or object we can not repair it. The process is not favourable toward dents that have sharp creases, paint damage, crash damage, and dents that run deep into a body line or on the edge of a body panel. The best way to find out if a dent on your vehicle is repairable is to contact Dents Unlimited.

Can PDR be used to repair a dent on a bumper?
Unfortunately PDR is only effective on the metal body panels of vehicles. Dents on bumpers, whether plastic or steel, cannot be repaired with PDR.

How long will it take to repair the dent on my car?
Most repairs take less than an hour but a more difficult dent may take a little longer. When estimating your vehicle, our technician will advise you of the time required to complete your repair.

What is the cost for Dents Unlimited to repair my dent?
- based on dents up to the size of a loonie coin, on any panel of the vehicle except the roof, the cost is $95 to repair one dent. If your vehicle has more than one dent (loonie-sized or smaller), the extra dents are repaired at a cost of $15 each. We are able to repair dents on the roof, as well as dents larger than a loonie coin, but these dents are priced at a higher rate.

Do I have to bring my vehicle to your shop? (Video Clip)
Dents Unlimited does offer Mobile Service. For a nominal fee, we will travel to your location and perform the repairs on site. There are a few limitations and restrictions. Give us a call for details.
How do I arrange for an estimate?
You are welcome to bring your vehicle to our shop at anytime during regular business hours for a free estimate. We will not travel to your location for the sole purpose of an estimate. If you are able to provide us with photos, through email, we may be able to give you a rough estimate of the repair cost. However, please keep in mind that, due to limitations of photos, we will not be able to provide a completely accurate estimate until we see the vehicle itself. How do I arrange to have my car repaired by Dents Unlimited?
Our shop is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We also are open (by appointment only) on Saturday. You are welcome to drop in for a free estimate anytime Monday - Friday during shop hours. However, if you intend for us to repair your car, we suggest that you call us in advance to arrange for a specific time for you to bring your car to us.
